1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to the departure date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed payment methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:

• 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Refunds may be subject to adjustments depending on rebooking possibilities or the resumption of services.

3. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the end of the tour.

4. Liability

African Passerines Safaris shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, or actions beyond our control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover such risks.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to follow the instructions of tour guides and comply with all local laws and regulations.
Respect for wildlife, local communities, and cultural heritage sites is required at all times.
